1, the single bedroom upstairs villa, has open plan design,
with large spacious rooms. The total living area, including
verandahs, is 180 square metres. The living, kitchen and dining
rooms are in an area of 9m x 6m, with 3m wide verandahs to
the east and west. The living area is furnished with a very
comfortable leather lounge suite, with built-in surround sound
audio visual & plasma screen. Pay TV is provided with
additional movies & world movies available.

The kitchen would be a chef’s delight.
From the double oven and touch pad hot plates, to the more
important holiday features of dishwasher, microwave and two
door fridge with water/ice dispenser. The walk-in pantry is
large enough to party in. Granite bench tops and glass splash
backs add the finishing touches.
The bedroom is accessed from the living area by French doors.
It is very spacious (6m x 5m) with its
own TV & audio and cane lounge setting, ideal to read
and relax or just soak up the view. It has
windows along the full eastern wall, which provide a spectacular
beach and ocean panorama.

The
bathroom is large and spacious opening off the bedroom, with
separate toilet, double vanity, double shower and a large
double spa. It has a built-in laundry with front loading washing
machine, dryer, bench and laundry sink. The bathroom opens
onto the back verandah.
A heated towel rail, and under floor heating are provided
for added comfort.

Both verandahs are tiled, fully covered and
have spectacular views. The eastern verandah is 9m
long by 3m deep. It faces due north east and looks directly
over Wakki Beach and the ocean, with
further uninterrupted headland views to the south. |

upstairs villa has easy access to the headland reserve to
the south via a patio and 4 stairs, giving
you your own ‘private back yard’. There is under
floor heating in the kitchen/dining and bathroom/
bedroom areas for added comfort in winter.
This villa provides luxury plus all year round, with the
added bonus of amazing whale watching
opportunities during the southern migration of the humpback
whales, from mid September to mid
November. Whales come in very close to Wakki Beach, having
being sighted as close as 50 metres
from shore. Dolphins are usually sighted daily in the same
area.
